Patients cannot get through
Calls go unanswered, scheduling capacity stays hidden, and access suffers.
Independent medical practice consulting
I help physicians and practice leaders find the operational problems draining time, access, and staff capacity—then build practical systems that work in the real world.

More about Kelly →Where operations break down
Calls go unanswered, scheduling capacity stays hidden, and access suffers.
Roles overlap, handoffs fail, and your best employees spend time fixing avoidable problems.
Administrative burden grows while clinical time and leadership focus shrink.
How I help
Every engagement is scoped around a real operational problem—not a generic consulting playbook.
A focused first step
A 60–90 minute virtual working session with the physician or practice manager to identify the most urgent operational issue and determine the right next step.
See the whole operation clearly
A 1–2 week assessment of the systems shaping access, workload, financial flow, and day-to-day performance.
What you receive: A written report identifying the 5–10 highest-impact improvements, prioritized for action.
Fix one high-impact problem
We take one defined operational problem and move it from recurring frustration to a documented, measurable process.
Experienced leadership without a full-time hire
Part-time operational leadership for practices that need consistent management support, accountability, and forward movement.

About Kelly Mendoza
I bring more than 25 years of real-world experience in healthcare administration, practice leadership, and medical-practice operations. As a Certified Medical Practice Executive, I have worked alongside physicians, hospital administrators, and clinical teams through the operational, financial, and people challenges that come with running a successful healthcare organization.
Healthcare strategies need to work beyond the plan. After more than two decades inside medical practices, I understand what happens behind the scenes, and how persistent operational problems consume time, staff capacity, and physician attention.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the business owner’s point of view. The goal is not more complexity. It is a stronger operation that supports physicians, employees, and the patient experience.
